Any order made on the site domainelemont.fr implies acceptance by the customer without the following conditions. These general conditions specify in particular the arrangements for ordering, payment, delivery and management of any return of bottles ordered on our website.
All orders placed with the site and settled domainelemont.fr online by credit card (secure online payment atos) will be automatically confirmed by sending an e-mail as soon as possible.
Products
The wines offered for sale on our site are presented so that the buyer is precisely informed before ordering the characteristics of wine. We describe the bottles as accurately as possible. However, if a mistake was the responsibility of the site could not be committed.
Photographs of wine does not constitute a legally binding contract, they were unable to engage the responsibility of EARL ROBIN Louis, Claude, or question an order placed.
Wines and other promotional offers proposed by the site domainelemont are valid only within the limits of available stocks. In case of breach of a vintage stocks, EARL ROBIN Louis Claude and reserves the right to offer the same product in the next vintage.
The price
The selling price of the wines are listed in currency euro (€) all taxes - starting Cave (EUR TTC). Transport is to be added after your destination delivery and the quantity ordered.
The wine prices can change at any time based on our pricing policy. Of course, the products ordered are priced at in force when the order.
The wine prices are valid only in France.
The bill is regarded as conforming to its purpose unless otherwise made by registered letter within 5 days of its receipt by the addressee, date of postmark.
The payment
All orders made on our website are payable to the order in euros.

In the case of payment by cheque or by bank transfer, delivery of the products shall be made upon receipt of payment.
The wines remain the property of the Earl and Claude Louis ROBIN until full payment of the price of the product. In case of non-payment or refusing payment authorization from the agencies accredited, EARL ROBIN Louis Claude and reserves the right to refuse to honour an order.
Terms Delivery
The wines purchased on the site domainelemont currently can be delivered in France. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Delivery times are normally 10 days. But these deadlines are given for information only and does not exceed the statutory limit of 30 days from the day on which the buyer will have passed his order. The delivery of items ordered or carried out at the residence of the buyer or any address that indicates at its command, from the receipt of the order or payment. The post office boxes will not be taken into account for deliveries.
Delivery is considered done once the date of the first presentation of the goods to the buyer. The handing over of the goods shall be subject to the signature by the customer recipient of a delivery. The client has an obligation to verify the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery order.
Any discrepancies regarding delivery (damage, missing product compared to slip, damaged package, products broken ...) will be placed indicated on the packing slip in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the customer.
The responsibility for EARL ROBIN Louis, Claude, could not be used in case of delays or difficulties in supply due to strikes, lack of car or truck, as well as fire in all cases of force majeure or accidental. An invoice provided by the EARL ROBIN Louis and Claude will be sent to the buyer's billing address.
Retraction
The buyers, individuals from outside the industry, enjoyed a period of 7 days after delivery of their orders in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code. Within this period the buyer can return to these charges article delivered for exchange or refund, in good condition with the original invoice.

Clause reservation of title
The goods remain our property until the receipt and full price. The buyer undertakes, therefore, to endorse now, with the company of their choice, an insurance contract guaranteeing those risks. In the event of a claim for goods not full or partial payment, the stock at the purchaser shall be deemed to correspond to the outstanding claims.
Miners and legal capacity
